Axon
Overseeing the data and infrastructure used to deliver training globally to our first responders. Technical subject matter expert and advisor for all of Axon's learning systems. Grew Axon Academy to 500k users with 2.2 mil enrollments. Designed multi-org Salesforce applications and built custom SF/NPM dev-ops pipeline in ADO, taking the team's deployment time from two days down to eight minutes. Developed custom Salesforce framework for Axon. Led team of ASU researchers analyzing Axon's order data to build an ML powered product portfolio recommendation engine with 85% accuracy. Built AI auto-classifier of NPS survey data. Sparked a department-wide culture event featuring a hack-a-thon and other educational challenges. Was recognized as a featured speaker on the Architect's Track at Dreamforce 2023.

I integrated desktop software clients, Salesforce, and custom data warehouses to provide valuable real-time analytics and insights into Titan's mortgage lending business. I provided automation of market segmentation and B2C services. Designed Lead to Opportunity business process. I built RESTful APIs in Apex, Python and C#. Introduced ML data driven decision making processes.

Aira is the startup company that invented FreePower wireless charging. I was responsible for developing the software suite used in the debugging and manufacturing of our bleeding-edge embedded technology. Made the custom C#/C++ graphical tools that provided seamless integration with the hardware platform. I also built a web app and API for the distribution of our software and firmware using Django. I managed our AWS EC2 VMs and automated deployment pipelines. CES 2021 Innovation Award Winner.
